Stephanie Goodrich, P.A.
Stephanie graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. She then attended DeSales University where she was awarded a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
She has been a practicing Physician Assistant in dermatology since 2002 and with our dermatology practice in Worcester, MA since 2005. Her outside interests include running, cooking, and scrapbooking.

Blair Maerowitz, P.A.
Blair Maerowitz is a graduate of Duke University's Physician Assistant Program. He has practiced for 6 years in Dermatology and 1 year in Family Medicine. Prior to his work as a PA, he was an acupuncturist and served the HIV+ community in the Boston area.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time in the woods near his home in Leverett, MA with his wife Rosie and children Solomon and Amelia. His hobbies include gathering wild edible mushrooms and gardening.

Kathy Rose, P.A.
Kathy graduated from Bates College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended the physician assistant program at Northeastern University where she was awarded a Master of Health Professions.
She has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 1989 and practicing dermatology since 1996. Kathy joined Worcester Dermatology Associates, P.C. in 2000 when the practice opened. Her personal interests include Native American Ceremonies and holistic healing.

Heather Olivieri, P.A.
Heather graduated cum laude from UMass Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she was awarded a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.
She has been a practicing Physician Assistant in dermatology since 2003 and with Chelmsford Dermatology since 2004. Her hobbies include dancing and scrapbooking.

Yelena G. Kisel, Nurse Practitioner
The newest member of the Chelmsford Dermatology team is Yelena G. Kisel, FNP-BC, BSN, who recently joined the staff as a Nurse Practitioner. Yelena earned her degree as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell in May of 2009. Prior to completing her recent degree, Yelena had over 9 years of nursing experience with 7 years in dermatology, as an RN in private practice in Salem, MA. She is being trained closely with Dr. Seth Kates and Dr. David Simkin. Yelena specializes in general dermatology including the diagnosis and treatment of dermatological conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, warts, moles and skin cancer screening.

JoAnn Spencer, Provider
JoAnn has been enjoying a career in Nursing since 1976. She has brought her experience in medical, surgical, pediatric and community nursing to Chelmsford and Worcester Dermatology.
During the past ten years, JoAnn has worked with Dr. Seth Kates assisting with dermatological surgeries in both offices and is involved in coordinating the aesthetic services offered at both locations. She performs chemical peels as well as laser procedures and has been active with the Allergan Aesthetic Consultants Exchange program as well as the Facial aesthetics program.
